Mr. Hoepfner has over 5 years of experience in the electric utility industry. Throughout his career he has learned electrical utility design standards and mastered performing designs in GIS. He utilizes this experience to manage the GIS for CLP Engineering. In addition to managing and improving the GIS, he is also responsible for standards development, data integrity, and training field workers.
