Mr. Skillington is the SCADA Engineering Supervisor for CLP Engineering. He leads a team that oversees SCADA applications installed at CLP operations across the United States, in addition to SCADA systems planning and design projects for multiple electric cooperatives and municipalities. He joined CLP Engineering in 2025 with 30+ years of automation and control systems experience in multiple industries. Prior to joining CLP Engineering, he worked in the consulting business for oil & gas and industrial manufacturing clients, covering all automation and control system project phases from concept to commissioning.
